This was a complete ground-up restoration of an original and straight car. All metalwork is original, including the battery floor! There were a few small rust areas that wouldn't have been discovered if the car hadn't been completely media blasted to bare metal.
Unfortunately, this car was subject to some poor quality repair work that was leaded over by the previous "restorer"
The engine was the stock 1600N. We modified the engine with 86.5mm pistons, late connecting rods, lightened flywheel, and sport cam. We also added S90 heads (with our special 40mm intakes) and Weber carbs.
